Love Song Director Love Nafi On Romance, Desire & Music
Love Song is a 29-minute long short film that follows a pair of ex-lovers, Mathieu and Belinda, as they reunite after several years. Both of them have families, responsibilities, and deadlines to meet. But as soon as they cross paths with each other, they start behaving like teenagers. They imagine that they can hit the reset button and live the life they imagined they would prior to their break-up.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, here’s the trailer to ‘Love Song,’ an upcoming film written, directed and produced by Nofisat “Love Nafi” Almaroof. Mohamed Williams and Okema T. Moore, who also serve as executive producer and producer respectively, lead a cast that includes Simone Posey, Adrian Arthur, Montana Monroe Jenkins, Ava Barnett, and Taylen Washington.

New Short Film 'Crown' Celebrates Natural Hair In All Its Forms
CROWN, a new short film inspired by the C.R.O.W.N Act—which stands for “Create a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair”—tells the story of an aspiring young ballet dancer trying to tame her hair into submission as she embarks on the most important audition of her life. And it’s based on true-life events from Karisma Jay, who co-wrote the film with Love Nafi.
